More About Me

I was born in Southern California, but before I made too many memories there, my family relocated to Medford, Oregon. Growing up, I spent countless trips traveling with my dad to the Seattle area to visit family — and it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the Pacific Northwest, even though I had no idea I’d eventually call it home.

I graduated from North Medford High School in 1992 and tried my hand at college a few times before realizing the academic path wasn’t for me. Instead, I embarked on a journey of moving around, trying new things, and becoming a full-fledged car enthusiast — and since turning 16, I've owned more than 30 different vehicles!

In late 1995, during a family visit to Lynnwood, my aunt and uncle encouraged me to stay and give the area a shot. I transferred jobs with Eagle Hardware and officially made the move to Lynnwood in early 1996. Little did I know, just three short years later, I would meet my future wife, Theresa.

Theresa and I met in 1999, got married in 2001, and have two incredible kids. Sadie, a graduate of Portland State University, now lives locally and works as a freelance graphic designer. Theo graduated from Penn State University in 2024 and is currently working at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. We're now adjusting to life as “empty nesters” and discovering new adventures along the way.

As a family, we’ve always loved the outdoors and traveling. You can often find us hiking trails across the beautiful Pacific Northwest and exploring National Parks — we even have a map where we pin every park we've visited. One of our favorite memories was a long road trip touring five different National Parks in one journey. Today, Theresa and I continue to explore new destinations a few times a year — Maui tops our list for relaxation, while Las Vegas is our go-to for excitement. I'd love to hear about some of your favorite places to visit, too!

Professionally, I spent a decade in Commercial Construction Management, honing skills in contract negotiation, quality control auditing, and project management. When the economy shifted in 2009, I earned my Real Estate license. Although I initially struggled to gain traction, I later spent nearly 10 years in Commercial Pest Control, working my way into management, where I further developed my negotiation skills and deepened my understanding of building lasting relationships.

When Theresa joined her father, Duane, in running Century 21 Real Estate Center, it felt like the perfect time for me to return to real estate. I renewed my license in 2017, transitioned to real estate full-time in 2018, and haven't looked back since.

Since then, I’ve been honored with annual awards for both Quality Service and production, including the Masters Award.

At the heart of it all, my passion for people and my love for the Pacific Northwest fuel my real estate career. I strive to make every transaction as fun and rewarding as possible — and I’m excited to help make your real estate journey a great experience too.
