NWMLS Market Snapshot – November 2020 Data

Looking at the data for November, we see inventory still at an all time low and prices of homes increasing. The data and images you see on this blog are for all the NWMLS.

Snohomish County had an increase in Average Sales Price of 8.9%, $545,404 of all property types over November 2019. King County’s increase was 7.6%, $796,014 of all property types over November 2019.

Snohomish County and King County Median Days on Market was cut in half to 7 from 14 in November 2019.

Snohomish County inventory is at 1.2 months of supply, down from 1.9 months of supply in November 2019. King County is at 1.6 months of supply, down from 2.2 months in November 2019.

Overall, the market temperature is still a HOT seller’s market. If you’re interested in selling your home, this is a great time to get it sold for the best price.
