Looking at the data for December, we continue to see inventory still at an all time low and prices of homes increasing. The data and images you see on this blog are for all the NWMLS.
Snohomish County had an Average Sales Price of $550,976, a 9.7% increase, of all property types over December 2019. King County’s Average Sales Price was $800,374, a 7.8% increase, of all property types over December 2019.
Snohomish County and King County Median Days on Market was nearly cut in half to 7 days, from 13 days in December 2019.
Snohomish County inventory is at 1.2 months of supply, down from 1.8 months of supply in December 2019. King County is at 1.6 months of supply, down from 2.1 months in December 2019.
